An interesting new paper , by Daniel Hemel and our former co-blogger Eric Posner. Here’s the introduction: Can a president be held criminally liable for obstruction of justice? That question took on new urgency in the wake of President Donald Trump’s firing of FBI director James Comey in May 2017.
